RM tried to deliver a small package, by the time I got to the door the Card was left through the door (I was in the attic so had to come down the stairs) . Tried to collect the next day during lunchtime to find out that they only open 8am to 10am... The most ridiculous timings for any kind of "service provider", so I had to go again on the way to work at 8am and then it took them over 10mins to locate the item. It's just not convenient or practical to use Royal Mail, the opening timings are making a mockery of the whole thing. Perhaps better to close all of the DCs and have 1 (out of town) DC which opens for longer?

The gentlemen that work there are quite pleasent and when this office is open, the service is fast, but the issue is that this place is never open, 2 hours a day usually from 8am-10am, very inconvenient and a tad inconsiderate considering people have work and morning child commitments - who ever makes this decision to constantly change the opening hours doesn't have a clue what they're doing, there is no way royal mail could justify this to me, not as big and prosperous as their workforce is. Hire more staff please!
