I have to say this is not what I wanted to say about the service being offered but it is sub par at best. I call the office yearly and this has been the case for the past 10 years, I have asked for meetings with Jack and he seems to have little too no time for me. His colleagues now know me on a first name basis but Jack to this day has yet to return a call! My biggest gripe is the lack of maintenance around the Erdington area. I ask for the grass to be cut and taken away, bushes to be pruned and the trees to be cut down so they don't destroy the telephone lines. To be fair Jack's office do listen to my qualms but its in through one ear and out the other. Awful, and then to palm me off to the council to deal with it myself. I am not impressed and I would bet my last pound on the rest of the residents in the area thinking the same. We have ant hills growing in the greens, rubbish pilling up on the street and vandalism to the cars, but Jack is not interested in helping out. Im sorry, but this is the truth.
