        They close daily between 1&2pm, Wednesday afternoons, they're closed completely but council call centre advisors WON'T let you know this and may even direct you to Northfield Community Partnership (probably cos they think you've got time to messabout if you're unemployed..!) Staff are very pleasant and informative though so if anything,reserve your hate for the call centre people,not the front line helpers..!

        I am known as a whinger and a nitpicker, so I read all the negative reviews, not expecting anything good from this office. I might have just been lucky, but I found a lady who cleared my doubts about council tax bills that I couldn't understand. She also booked me for a housing refund I never heard off. So I actually left the office with extra 150 in my bank account. Thanks!
