I had an infusion of glutathione to help with chronic fatigue and Lyme disease. I felt so much better after with much more energy! Lovely staff who are friendly and open to tailoring the infusions to you. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend for infusions and for anyone with chronic illness. Will definitely be going back again for further infusions and other treatments.

Thankyou to Dr. Richardson for my vampire facial he talked me through everything and explained the procedure thoroughly made me feel very comfortable and everything was clean and sanatitary he also does AMAZING lips if u want anything done I definately recommend coming here not only is it such a lovely place aesthetically but the people are also friendly and welcoming and u know your in safe hands as the practitioner is a doctor! Very happy will be returning soon

I had an amazing experience from start to finish, I was put at ease immediately with the information provided by Dr Liam Richardson who listened to my concerns and needs from the treatment. The procedure was surprisingly pain free and I am totally happy with the end result. I would recommend going to Primedical to anyone requiring the services offered at the clinic. Pindy x

I just wanted to say a big thank to Dr Richards, my lips are now healed and I just love the shape! They look so natural and full I never thought they would look this good after one appointment! I had my first night out since lockdown over the weekend and had loads of compliments and they looked gorgeous with my lipstick. Dr Richards was extremely professional, knowledgable and talked me through the process, I would recommend him to anyone thinking of getting fillers!

I had BOTOX done by the lovely Dr Richardson and he was amazing he really explained the treatment in full detail and made me feel so comfortable throughout my treatment , i also went to him to have my cheeks done which he made me feel so good that I didn't feel the need then to add more to my cheeks, he is so professional and not just out to make money and pump filler in when it's not needed , I will 100% travel back to Birmingham to have more treatments done by him in the near future. Thank you again :)
