Caring and competent. I had to take my father to have toothache investigated, and owing to his dementia he was uncooperative. Dr Patel and his assistant dealt with the situation very well and managed to see what they needed to, and then gave a recommendation that made good sense. They put it in writing for the care home, helped me with his wheelchair, and offered to call a taxi to get him home. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

I had very little faith in dentists due to my previous times elsewhere, here the reception staff are always helpful an polite prompt text an emails to alert you to your appointments an Mr Patel the practitioner I was assigned to always gives his opinion when you ask as to what you should do with the treatment you need,so you feel its about helping me and not raising his bank balance So at ease your spoken to all the way in anything that is being done to yourself Ive moved all my family here now, highly recommend, not many businesses out there care, but this one certainly does care about what walks through there door

Punishment Fee I have an abscess. I asked if I could see a dentist. I was told that because I haven't visited the practice for over eighteen months the cost of an initial checkup would be 71, not the usual 20, as I am now regarded as a new patient. The cost of removing the abscess would be added to this punishment checkup fee. I am completely baffled by this since I was charged only 20 for my first appointment in 2017. I was also overcharged for a scale and polish in 2018. When I asked why this was the case, I was ignored. Avoid this practice.
