Door knocking and beating around the bush trying to get you to switch to them without actually stating thats their intent and claiming they can take money of you meter if you switch to a smart meter.

Dire company. Fitted prepay smart meters and a week later still not working correctly. I've had a payment not go through and now it not recognising we have electric so can't top up. Customer service is a waste of time no help at all.

If I could give 1 star I really would my gas got cut off Ive topped it up and the money has come out of my account but hasnt been out on my gas meter when speaking to the woman on the phone she said Ill send an engineer out in the morning 2 days in a row she has sent an engineer out when I mentioned that I had a 6 month old baby in the house she turned around and said well its not my fault we are shut now. She has now said I have to wait until Tuesday till they re open the office so now I have no gas for 5 days !!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

Had a guy turn up at my door telling me that I'm guaranteed to save money by switching to E. Told me most of the street has switched and I couldn't get a word in edgeways. I found him rather pushy and persistent so I eventually agreed to sign up. I received all of the literature in the post and immediately compared prices and they are more expensive than my current provider. I cancelled my contract and yet still received cards and keys in post and I'm constantly getting emails from sms who work for E pestering me to get a smart meter. E are liars and their agents are pushy and rude.
