Been waiting for a toilet to be fixed for over 4months, and also a reference to be written for over a month. Nightmare to get through on telephone and no response to emails absolute joke.

Very very very bad housing you spend over an hour an a half just to be able to get through to someone. Just for them to send you away. Very very bad Ive been waiting over a year an a half for windows to be fixed due to the draft. I have electric storage heaters so you can imagine it costs a lot. And my child has been Ill numerous times due to this housing. Im not one to say bad things Id rather keep them to myself but this is beyond a joke

Clare Summerhayes is the nicest ever in a Housing Group I have ever dealt with in 12years. Emails and 5* communication, bubbly, lovely, legal recommendations, so considerate and helpful. Makes such a huge difference to a stressful situation be a happy exciting move.

One of the worst if not the worst housing association out there can't ever get through on the phone contractors that bodge every job they do never repair correctly in the first place harassment by phone and mail if they can't get into your property and use threats against you like section 16 in the tenancy agreement would be great if I had a tenancy agreement with them but I don't still have a waterloo tenancy 15 years in my property and all they ever do is try and make things difficult for you even down to a simple toilet change took them 3 week to do left without water or a toilet or heating and the next issue was a boiler replacement that took 6 months to sort out left with no hot water or heating all over winter and spring with three children in the home didn't even bother to sort it out any faster customer service there is none rude nasty people if the only reason you are getting 1 star is because there is one genuine lovely chap working there called Wayne who knows how to deal with issues and helps to get them resolved half of your team there need to take note and then maybe you would be a decent company instead of the horrible place that is platform housing
