        Frustrating Customer Service. Sent an email on 15th April - still awaiting a reply. Can't get through on the phone either - keeps saying they are having a large volume of calls then call ends. This really isn't good enough Roman .

        Staff are usually friendly but today there wasn't any customer service and another assistant was speaking to the assistant serving me, which I find very rude indeed. Saying that I do love roman clothes so I will shop there again. Staff need retraining in customer interaction.

        I too have not received a refund after two months and 3 emails to customer services- all ignored. I have now written to the head office manager at Birmingham. I wont be placing any more orders with Roman.?
