        Nice person but pointless waited 15 minutes then the person took all details then said couldnt change plate so sent me to someone else and was on wait for 20 minutes again so gave up

        I've been with direct line 2 years now and have always been pretty decent on price. However as of recent I'm losing my patience with the company. After my insurance getting cancelled (leaving me driving for around 2 weeks with no knowledge of this) just for them to have to reinstate due to their own error. Leaving me to spend over an hour of my day trying to resolve their mess as they do not call customers so I had to do the chasing. For me to get cut off at random points and then have to repeat the process again. I have then called today to discuss my renewal with them to have to wait 30+ minutes for somebody to answer to then get into a 3 minute conversation and I get cut off once again. I would stay clear of this company as they seem to employ people of inadequate capabilities.

        Ive been with direct line customer for many years and never claimed for anything, now I have lost my brand new phone they dont want to know because I cant find my receipt although I have provided them with everything else . They even charged me excess fee.
