        All the licensing around the world are open and back to work as normal This Birmingham licensing still using excuses such covid and the system is always down to issues plates and badges have to wait very long time, never answer the phone But to take the money they call straight away what a joke

        These people are horrible! They obviously don't like talking with the public ,and decide to switch there calls off at any given time... I pray that they or a close family relative goes through the same troubles and problems and get meet with the same ignorance!

        Still using COVID as a excuse to not answer calls and are a absolute nightmare to get in touch with ridiculous And still getting away with it over 2 years now no wonder why drivers go to Wolverhampton council instead.
