Did not use directly but my sellers used Convey Us and theyre customer service was amazing. Prompt, transparent and professional at all times and for this reason I was able to complete on time. My own solicitors made the matter worse so really appreciated their quick turnaround!

Diabolical unprofessional firm of solicitors worked in conveyancing myself and they were useless to the point 18 months later they have forgotten to do something on the sale of my beloved fathers home after he passed and asked us to send all the paperwork in again that they have misplaced or lost, stress we do not require. Phone call after phone call to do their job for them. Couldn't ever get hold of them. Very unprofessional stay well away and save your money for a better firm of solicitors. Save your money for a more professional company and less stressful sale. Office is a mess full of files open for everyone to see no GPDR in practice for sure they should be struck off for sure.
