The woman who owns this shop is extremely rude, however the bloke is a top man. I worked in retail for over 15 years and was always pleasant to customers, so I should know. She barely says Hi, goodbye etc. Was just rude to me in the shop right now. I spend so much money in that shop, when only a street down you have a 24/7 shop. All the young staff they employ are lovely especially Sam and have great customer service skills. She needs to pick up some advice from her own employees. It's a shame because I get on well Mr Ruprai.

Not very friendly staff. He was too busy with his phone and chatting with a workman to even acknowledge I was there although I said goodby he couldn't even give me that respect. I won't be going back.

Shelves take weeks to restock and stores are never opened at times as listed online - they always open later than 8am, and close earlier too. Staff are friendly

Although the store is handy and well stocked its a shame that the staff let it down, especially the security gaurd who doesn't present a security gaurd pass. He's made my child feel very uncomfortable as he followed her around the store, he's extremely rude. This has been mentioned to the manger but nothing has come of it.
