        staff doesn't have clue about customer service specially the man is arrogant and rude avoid this place

        Absolutely clueless and disgraceful customer service. This place is advertised as Collect+ centre however they keep refusing to get my parcel delivered by FedEx...phoned them to find out about the reason why my parcel cannot be delivered there as FedEx website shows this place as a collection point, they just told me "they do not work in partnership with FedEx" however FedEx is in partnership with Collect+, when I did explain that over the phone, the "gentleman" was mumbling like a little kid on the blackboard in front of the whole classroom trying to solve 0+0 so he ended hanging up the phone with no reply....PROFESIONAL!! As I said utterly clueless my best compliment!!!
