Ark Convenience Store

Would give negative stars if it were possible. DO NOT let these people handle your packages.They opened a package I dropped off with them and stole the contents then replaced it with a product they sell in their store. Absolute crooks! They definitely deserve whats coming at them.Messed with the wrong one.

I return my parcels to Evri here, I've read the reviews on here and possibly because I've only ever met the lady working there I can give them 4 stars. With one of my parcels I ran out of sellotape even though I purchased a roll from them to use the lady behind the desk did it for me. She is always pleasant and would give them 5 stars but parking is a nightmare .

Young woman and young man are down right rude and disrespectful. I will not be using this store again.

The only reason to go to this horrible shop was the Hermes/Evri printer and now that's gone. And the opening hours keep getting shorter and shorter - Just close down already, so something better can open.

Young worker in there has no customer service skills & he is very arrogant & rude ! whilst I was in the area, I went in there to top up my fuel cards for pre payment meters & he asked me where i normally went to top them up & when I told him he then said to me the paypoint was not working then blanked me !! seems obvious he has his regular customers who use his shop. Also out of date items around the shop so check dates before you buy. will not be using this shop again & hope someone with better manners takes over.
