        Great opening hours. Only place I know in Birmingham that offers post office services 7 days a week. An also open untill 10pm every night . Staff are polite , helpfull and friendly.

        Posting on behalf on my mother, she had a terrible experience with a staff member. He was very abusive and aggresive. Terrible customer service.

        The lady who works behind the desk at the post office still refuses to serve me after she messed my parcel up around last year, never smiles and she's always on her phone when you approach the post office. Everybody else is wonderful, a smile from her wouldn't go a miss This branch is Yardley Road, Acocks Green.
