        Thought this shop would improve when they changed owners but new owners and staff are just as clueless and useless. Wouldnt let me collect my parcels for a week for reasons they wouldnt or couldnt explain. At one point the parcels were on the counter in front of me before the man snatched them back and said to come back tomorrow. He told me to come back tomorrow every day for a week with no explanation as to why I cant take my parcels. After day 5 he admitted that the Evri scanner was broken but made no attempt to contact Evri to have it fixed. Now I have finally been able to collect one parcel, they have lost the other. No apology from staff, poor communication and endless amount of my time wasted going back and forth from the shop.

        Very rude man who shoved my parcels back towards me on the counter and refused to take my Amazon returns because they were not wrapped up when the instructions clearly state package-less! Cant explain the rudeness. STAY AWAY

        Very rude man who is working in there. I had a parcel to deliver and he was not helpful at all he start swearing at me and tell me to go away.. all becouse he had a bad day..
