Technically can't say anything terrible, however there is a product that is sold everywhere for 1 and this place charges 1.10, I buy many at a time and it's Very normal for shops to give some kind of discount from even a pound each (most give a few extra for free), this shop however wouldn't even do them for a pound each no matter how many I buy and when I even (Very politely) asked if I could have ANY kind of remote discount I was met with him pulling some mad/angry face and him repeatedly saying "the price is one pound ten!!" "the price is one pound ten!!" Fair enough don't give any kind of discounts at all but you don't need to act all weird and shocked someone would dare to ask for 10p off when buying a large quantity. I only come to the shop because it is open when others are closed and it's a shame because they do have a good range of products, just a shame the person behind the counter acted so weird and rude. My first and last time going to the place, other reviews seem to be good for here, maybe I caught him on a bad day but for me the situation/his behaviour was just ridiculous.

This place is great. It has many things that you would not expect, the staff are friendly and if you are in a hurry, you can go in and have a look and every time leave with great products and a smile!
