Used to be lovely shop and staff , but now just 1 person in there wont let u have more than 20 electric on key no matter if pay card / cash just says come back when manager in , ridiculas as not even he knows when manager in , such a shame used to be great shop when they took over , and used to be polite staff plus often go and note on door back in 15 min and few people waiting not sll wait so losing customers

I only go here for emergencies.. The staff are dismissive and rude. You feel as if they are doing you a favour.

Just went half hour ago Indian man was very rude towards me didn't tell price off product ignored me asked second time he done gestures said don't ask me as disabled lady my god I left the shop disappointed wouldn't go back there again tell everyone how bad customer experience report to trading standards out off order discriminating told another black lady don't speak loud on mobile people sleeping upstairs what .....the f... I just went to get energy bulb hand wash I just moved to coppice close didn't expect this behaviour local shop because disabled reduced mobility!!

Very Rude Staff would not accept my perfectly legal Scottish 10 note..... would not recommend this shop and will not be back
