        The way I just heard the lady who owns the shop speaking to a lady customer was absolutely disgusting. She spoke to her like she was a little girl. Blatantly called her a liar and told her to listen and shut up. I was totally embarrassed for the poor lady. After hearing the way she spoke to the lady, I just had to walk out and I will never use that shop again. Can't stand people who think that they are better than others.
