Systematically unreliable KeyNest location. Closes before advertised times or during opening hours, staff are often late checking in key, making it impossible for next party to collect it on time. Clearly staff are untrained on how to use the system (as complicated as scanning a key) and instead decided to be dismissive of cleaner, and argumentative with host (to the point of arguing they had never received a key back until they checked in the cabinet and found it there, waiting to be scanned. Comical if it was not a service disruption!). Seriously bad service in stark contrast of other KeyNest locations in Birmingham with 100% record of keys handover.

Excellent customer service from all staff. Very friendly and helpful. Visiting Birmingham for the first time and coming from Northern Ireland I left with a friendly chat and a good impression of people from Birmingham. Keep up the good work.
