        Returned some Amazon packages, guy behind the counter was unnecessarily rude. Horrible customer service

        Horrible customer service, worker scanned barcode for collection order and didnt know what he was doing. Had to get the manager who told me the parcel is lost. Due to barcode in email scanned it has been identified as collected. Terrible service no apology, the worker moved aside and started eating. Avoid.

        Please please please change your hours on Google to reflect the times you are actually open! I have walked to you twice now to pick up a package I had sent there (I work in town 9-6) before and after my work has ended and both times you've been closed.

        Went to return an amazon delivery as it is a doddle pickup location. The man on the counter barely looked at the box before saying it could not be returned as there was no label. The point of doddle is the label is printed there for you and the item is packaged by the store. The cashier refused to even look at QR code and kept saying he could not do anything as there was no label.
