        They do not accpet the UPS parcel return until afternoon and it doesn't match with the drop-off time from UPS webpage. It simplely wasted my time to arrive there by half hour walking wth my large pack, they must present the time slot clearly and correctly.

        You know a good shop when you pass several others to go to that one. Great customer service here, great stock and I do ALL of my parcel collections and returns here only! 5*

        Use the shop mainly for collection and delivery of parcels, the owner is friendly and helpful. Shop is also good for cupboard essentials as well as fridge and freezer items. Also has a great range of alcohol.

        This is a nice shop that is just a walking distance from where I live. I have always found the owner friendly and professional. I drop off packages and they have always reached their destination in complete safety. I fail to understand why some of those negative criticisms are being made.
