        I've come back since the reopening and normally a brilliant shop, but today was let down by Malaki who I'd asked for certain scratch cards. When he was taking to long I looked around to see what he was doing and he was putting scratch cards to one side because he'd ripped them, but instead of telling me went to sell me the next two inline. At this point I told him I would not be buying them now as he had changed the luck.
