I was considering using this company until their vehicle GX19 XVP driven by a maniac at 7.00pm on 12/07/20 nearly ran me off the road. Not the sort of organisation I would wish to deal with. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This unprofessional individual preyed on my parents and convinced them to take out loans to pay 7000 for a driveway. He promised to do a good job. However days after completion the tarmac was already coming off and deteriorating. My poor mother has lost her confidence in life as a result of this and she has been constantly contacting Carl who feeds her with empty promises and does not amend the issue. I will be taking legal action on Carl as a result, especially as we have video footage of Carl and his exploitative practices. When no one takes action then rogue traders like Carl flourish. I cannot let my parents suffer for a further day.

Avoid at all costs. Very poor workmanship, cheap materials used and poor customer care. No regard for customers once they have taken your hard earned cash. All the work they carried out needs doing again. I can see there are also many other reviews of people suffering the same issues. I urge all to contact trading standards or we can come together and put some pressure on this company to rectify the problems of those who have they wronged. Carl aims to wrap up his Sale from the customer by offering 10 year guarantees. This means absolutely nothing as he will not honour it. I urge everyone to contact trading standards, surely if they get enough complaints they will look into these rogue tradesmen. Do not trust this company at all. You will definitely regret it. All others who have suffered and are willing to come together should perhaps post a message on here. If there are enough of us we may get somewhere.
