From July to August 2022 Silveroak replaced the pavers on my driveway/patio but with various issues, such as pavers not levelled properly, some badly chipped, and others miscoloured. After I reported this and complained about it the defects were eventually rectified, adding more time to the completion of the job. But the worse aspect is when the boss offered to repair missing plaster patches at the side of my house, and re-paint the house for 7000. I was advised it would look new afterwards but when they finished the job the repair patches were unsightly. They also fitted replacement guttering and downpipes around the house. The downpipes were fitted very loosely and a couple of days ago the rear house downpipe completely collapsed. I messaged the director on WhatsApp a couple of days ago but not have not received a reply, whereas they replied frequently to me last year whilst doing the work. They are obliged to fix this as all work carried out by Silveroak is backed up by a 5 year guarantee. There is a lot more I could write but I can only say I wished I had only agreed to the driveway/front patio work instead of trusting their claim they could do house wall repairs and guttering etc. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Paver installation, Driveway replacement
