Telephoned at 9.30 am as my boiler was not working and I had no heating or hot water. They said an engineer would call soon. I chased them up twice and received no call all day and wasted the day. They are contractors so if an engineer does not want the job you will not get the work done or the promised call. In an emergency they can let you down.....like many people like myself. See previous reviews which I wish I read before giving them a chance.

Unprofessional Boiler repair company I had to use this company for an electric boiler repair in November 2020. They sent their engineer, very polite conversation until they get your money. Since then I tried to contact them to put me in touch with the engineer who attended as the boiler leaked with 1 year warranty of the work carried out. Someone called Haidi attended the call yesterday and fobbed off when I asked when exactly their staff will call me back. Stay away from the company if you ask me. Service: Repair water fixtures

TERRIBLE! When a company promotes itself as a 5* service, when your in an emergency situation (like having no hot water or heating) in the cold winter months on a Saturday afternoon then you pay the premium and look for a company that you hope will take care of you. On Saturday afternoon my heating and hot water stopped working I called A&R and they said and engineer will call me but will be there tomorrow(Sunday). No one called. On Sunday I called again and was told exactly the same thing but No one showed or called. On Monday I called again and had to explain everything over again and told me some will call, so I waited 3 hours and again NO one did..... So I told them not to bother. Raitings from this company are probably paid for don't bother. I called a different company now and they was hear in 2hrs..
