You have been employed by an extremely large company that run my local town centre and you boast about how you are stopping the development of a retail park on their behalf! As it will be detrimental to the already dead town centre that they run sooo badly! The town is know for having extremely high rental costs and over run with charity shops (as they get a reduced rent and only people who can afford rents). We don't even have a retailer that sells men's clothing! And are known for having the worse Christmas tree ever (it made the national news) The town I live in needs regeneration and a retail park is what is needed for a start. Us as a town need this Praxis who run the town centre don't care about our town as they are a large corporate company who only care about themselves and you are assisting them in this crusade to make our small town worse than it already is. They already stopped the development of a Tesco store by putting legal objection after objection in for years and Tesco gave up. It maybe business to you but it's life to the people of Peterlee!
