Chris has exceeded my expectations and provided me with an excellent service and advice, having found this Company only a few months ago, I am kept in the loop at all times, and he has helped me obtain much better quotes for gas and electricity than I can get, I have agreed new contracts on four of my accounts so far, and I will be back when the next ones come up for renewal.

If your to stupid to know how to sort out your own energy bills and need a broker than you deserve to be scammed by companies like catalyst who do nothing but try to make as much commission as possible yet pretend that they are saving you money. Go direct to energy suppliers and switch supplier every time your contracts up if you really want to save money. It really is that simple

Trust pilot are forcing me to change my review of Catalyst and keep censoring it, and so i will use Google reviews instead. Beware of this company, they have owed me money and have refused to pay me the money they owe me and now i have filed legal action against them. I have pursued them for over 1 year and they always seem to ignore my request. Also when i put my experience on trust pilot they keep reporting it and so do not be fooled by the trust pilot reviews. I have full proof of money owed, correspondence with catalyst and the court documents. Use Catalyst at your own risk.

Having Catalyst as our broker for energy supplies is the best decision in our opinion. They do all the hard work for us, saving us invaluable time, and provide us in depth with contract details, along with all the options we may have. They base their recommendations on their knowledge and what they feel is best for their customers. I would recommend Catalyst to businesses who wish to have someone do all the hard work for them!
