Yes we had planning issues, which stopped the works however he kept on making excuses not to come back to finish off the works, although he had been paid for all the works carried out and he told the neighbour over the road he was never coming back. Went to the registered business address which turns out was his fathers house, and he wouldn't turn up and said we had not right to go down, really? His family were also rude. Should have just been honest.All of this to put right cost extra, save your well earned money and go to a reputable builder.
