Acivico Group

Absolutely briliant experience with Acivico , all the inspections have been booked in really quick time and had no issues whatsoever , friendly staff in the office and field inspectors, the certificate of completion issued next day after the last visit so I'm really happy with their services. I would suggest for a better record for both customers and Acivico office, some form of confirmation (email , text,post) to be sent after every inspection site visit that the work has been passed/failed to avoid any concerns or queries from customers. Thank you

Very poor practice They take forever to get back. Had to call several times as the inspector didn't turn up I had to rebook and then chase up for the certificate!

very slow communication is poor had to call several times as the inspector did not turn up! eventually he turned up but has not completed the paperwork I am still waiting for the certificate! very poor practice

Second time there has been a no show with 4 builders waiting around all day. Apparently the new member of staff didn't book the appointment. Wasting my time with these guys onto the next.
