        Poor effort. Had issues after reservation with large delays on the builders part. poor communications and not once any communication from their end there would be delays (several months). I had to ring and find out on a weekly basis with no apology or any clear information why. Very aggressive exchange tactics from them or their solicitor withholding information about NHBC warranty etc. Transcripts are available on blog for others to judge. I Suggest avoid.
