I've recently register for my ADT theory & practical course with RMF training. I would like to say a huge Thank you to Matt and Owen who took their time with us all individually and was very helpful and they both explain to us , all the steps wich will folow up and wat to expect from beigining to the end of the course . Hope all will be as we start and I will learn the best from the best in order to pass .

The front of house staff that answer the phones are about as much use as a glass eye . The back room staff appear to have been promoted from the front of house Thanks for responding 6 months after this review was left 1 . I contacted you 6 months ago you did nothing . 2 . You claim your training courses finish with a guaranteed interview , they dont 3 .Your staff who answer the phones do not call back , they dont respond to texts , calls or emails .They call you once a month for 6 months after to tick a box and get extra funding 4 . On the day of my test I had to come in 3 hours early to do training that the trainer had forgot to show us . The day before everybody failed on this point . 5 . The first day of our course we couldnt go outside because the correct PPE wasnt available despite the course being booked weeks before . 6 . Clearly from the recent posts nothing has changed . Its a complete shambles .

Abit poor and laid back with communication leaving you yourself to follow up things that should've been handled by management however a positive time on the course and very informative. Shout out Andy and Marty and Steph 3 good guys
