Anthony has undertaken two jobs for us in the last few months. A new downstairs toilet and wash hand basin, by utilising space from the kitchen and then completely renovating the kitchen including moving drainage. He was very efficient and helpful and the work undertaken is completely satisfactory. A very nice and obliging guy who also had to endure the worship of our two dogs!

Installation of lintels above kitchen windows and pointing. We had a really good experience with AK Construction from quote to job completion. Great communication from start to finish and always punctual. The work was completed to a high standard and we were very happy with the whole stress free experience. Anthony was reliable, hardworking and a genuinely nice guy. We have no hesitation in recommending AK Construction and Maintenance Ltd. The true definition of an A Star company. We look forward to working with the Company on other projects.

Anthony was recommended by my neighbour. The initial job was to extend the existing kitchen and fit a new kitchen. The structural work revealed many existing problems which Anthony was able to advise us about and he dealt with them professionally and to a high standard. I would recommend Anthony because of his expertise, attention to detail, reliability and considerate way of working.
