        Absolutely terrible experience with Dr. Jerry's laptop and computer servicing. Their customer service was extremely poor, and their technicians were not knowledgeable or competent enough to fix the issues with my computer.

        Son tried swapping gaming pc towers and got him self all mixed up with leads! Phoned Dr Jerry, dropped off same day got call 2/3 hours later all done and running. Absolutely superb service. Thank you, made my son happy.

        Accidentally stepped on & damaged my laptop screen this morning. By 2PM today, I had contacted Dr Jerry, he picked up my laptop, fixed it and brought it back to me. Excellent service, very professional, very convenient especially around the holidays. Thank you Dr Jerry, I've already recommended you to family and friends!
