I had issues with my PC shutting down from overheating during gaming sessions and finally a broken operating system due to corrupted files. One quick call to NetClicks and that same day I could either drop off my PC or have it collected from my home for repairs. The PC was diagnosed that day with an immediate and detailed report of the problem and a proposed solution. No work was done without consultation first about prices, which was reassuring. Within 2 days the PC was ready for collection or delivery to my home address for no additional cost. I found the service friendly and reliable, compared to other providers which can be quite stressful due to an impersonal approach, I found NetClicks a refreshing alternative. Would use again.
