If I could give 0 star I would. Really awful service and really shoddy repair work. I dropped off my laptop for repair and it took them 4 weeks to fix it. All i ever received were more and more excuses whenever i asked about the repair status. When I did eventually receive my laptop back, it had the wrong keyboard fitted, they had lost the new charger I had supplied with it and gave me an old shoddy charger instead, the laptop was missing some of the screws and original software was missing too. The repair they had carried out failed within 5 weeks and I had to have the laptop repaired again. Do not use this place for any repairs or purchases. There are far better local computer repair places. It's just not worth the headache and misery in dealing with this place.

The worst customer experience. I require a replacement HP charger. The owner was rude. Do not go there the owner does not realise customer service. He threw the refund at my face. Has anger management problems. Dont step foot in this shop by error you will regret it.
