Very pleased that I found IT Made Simple. Chris came to my apartment and transfered everything from my old lap top to my new one. Then later he remotely installed security software. All this at times that were convenient to me. Its very important to deal with somebody you can trust. I thoroughly recommend them.

I could not be happier with the service received from Chris at IT Made Simple. Efficient, thorough and really clear with his explanation of things that needed doing. Highly recommend this guy! Ive now got a laptop that works silently,effectively & with a speed I could only dream of previously! Chris responded quickly not only to my initial contact but when I had various questions. He explained all the options and the pros & cons of each - having decided how we would proceed, Chis collected the laptop post haste. A minor hiccup once opened meant part of the planned work would not have been cost effective ,so we agreed a tweak and Chris arranged a refund of the relevant amount. All done and dusted- a happy customer!

Some of the the best service I've had! Chris goes above and beyond to assist you and is proficient and skillful in his work. From seeing him to a delivery of a lap top was under 24 hours.
