1st Call 4 Service Ltd

Im left with an unusable printer and 240 out of pocket. I run a small greeting card business where my printers are a fundamental part of my productivity. Without them I cant fulfil orders or take on new business. Les knows this and has still decided to take payment and leave me in the lurch. Not cool at all! 1st Call 4 Service were appointed to fix a recurrent service error on my printer. Having cleaned some components and then showing me a you tube link on how this can be done in the future, Les left with the promise that he would forward a link to a downloadable service tool to clear the error message that was occurring and would be the final part in fixing the issue I was having. I paid the invoice immediately, in full (240), thinking Les would be true to his word and honour the remaining part of his service to me. Wrong! It has now been 2 weeks and after failed emailed links and me chasing with phone calls, it has become apparent that the service tool isnt going to be issued.The reason; Les has deemed it too difficult to obtain quickly, so has retracted that part of his service to me. As predicted by Les, without the required service tool that would reset the software, the error message has now turned into a complete shut down of my printer deeming it unusable until it is seen again by an engineer or as Les suggested, I research where to obtain the download myself. As mentioned above, this has left me and my business in jeopardy for the short term and will probably cost me more than the additional repair I will have to have carried out.
