        Bought a PIXMA printer/scanner/copier. Managed to print a whole THREE documents before the paper feed mechanism failed. Had the printer only 3 weeks. Contacted Canon who failed to acknowledge the problem, at one point tried to claim that my WiFi was the reason the paper wouldn't feed - even though the machine had the same problem with a direct photocopy, which does not involve any use of the WiFi . Requested a return & refund. Within 30 day statutory period. Got excuse after excuse, eventually raised a formal dispute process via PayPal, at which point Canon promised to email returns labels which have not appeared. In any case, how am I going to print off electronically sent labels, when they have sold me a faulty printer which does not function?????! Terrible product quality, terrible customer service, DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
