Jay was extremely helpful with regards to my purchase of a Nespresso Coffee Machine. I have always received good service at Nespresso in Selfridges, however Jay's knowledge and recommendation really made our purchase experience amazing.

I want to tell thank you to Harrison the boy that works in this shop He is always really really helpful He always helps us in the best way he is always open to help everyone He always solves our problem very quickly I have never seen anybody like him Good luck always thanks a lot for your help lovely Harrison

I went in to exchange my pods that one of the staff had wrongly given me. I was told you cant return or exchange pods which is fine so I paid for the correct ones and had to keep the wrong pods. Allison was really quite rude and asked me to leave the original order with them, despite not being offered a refund. When I explained that of course I would be keeping them, as we werent receiving an exchange and had paid for both the old and new pods. She rudely said thought you didnt like them?. I felt very uncomfortable throughout and didnt feel welcomed at all. Very rushed service and staff didnt want to check my account the previous week in order to give me the correct pods, hence the wrong pods being packaged. I will order online going forwards.

Fantastic staff and service!! Especially Bobby who helped us today with a problem wed been having with our account for way over a year and not even customer service had dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was so helpful and lovely. Thank you so much for helping us and for the coffee! This will definitely be our store of choice moving forward.
