        Staff welcoming and friendly. Brought my order to my table with a smile. Food was well heated up, caf nice and clean as well. Nice relaxing playlist on too, mix of R and B and Bossa Nova. Caf has a nice European vibe.

        I would like to leave some great feedback about Kira, she was our waiter. Absolutely amazing human being, so lovely kind passionate and positive. Smiley and thoughtful. Normally, you see lots of tables in cafes like star bucks cafe nero not cleared and staff just moping around waiting to be asked to clear a table, but Kira, was on it all the time, making sure we were ok and the tables were ready for the next customer, organising tables and chairs as people just leave things in a mess before they go. Absolute asset you your cafe at Bham Airport. Credit where due and i hope Cafe Nero company recognise Kira for her hard passionate work. Steven Singh
