        The drinks were OK. Given that I had a hot chocolate when I wanted to get a frappe but they didn't have any ice and de-ice wasn't an option because they don't make custom orders, and any coffee I wasn't allowed since you need to be 16 years old. This was meant to be a treat. The downstairs toilet stank and was very dirty, the toilet was grey from dirt/grime. The upstairs toilet had a few customers 'guarding' it (I'm assuming there was a queue) so I just gave up. Not a very pleasant experience, however the atmosphere downstairs was very peaceful, apart from the occasional loud customers. Dietary restrictions: They don't make custom orders so if you have allergies to a common ingredient you just gotta skip the drink
