        Had to leave this review as people only tend to review when unhappy, major busy at work today as Good Friday, drove straight past the order point unwittingly got to the window and ordered my drinks, the black guy serving smiled and said you forgot to order didn't you? I was mortified! He says no worries I'll sort it and even set me up on the App. This guy is what customer service is all about if there were more people like him the world would run silky smooth, an absolute pleasure and so polite, I just wish I'd of got his name, will find it next time and give him a shout out, well done Costa 5*
