        Understaffed, horrible coffee I think they should hire more staffs and provide training.

        Im extremely happy about the customer service. An African woman (who was in the till)told me to take a seat and she will serve the drink. She was pleasant and helpful towards me. But the costa card scanning thing was not working except that all good:)

        They have to find a way to isolate the sitting area, its freezing, and you cant use your laptop because it will face the people queuing, so there is no privacy if youre doing some work

        Extremely poor, they have the actual oden staff (chubby guy) working within the Costa. Making it very slow, and you cant use the toilet without presenting a receipt.
