One of the best Costa branches in Birmingham. It also offers drive-through facilities. Plus there is ample parking outside. The interior is nice and spacious with tables and chairs. It is well-lit, ventilated and heated, making It an ideal place to work or study with a hot beverage. The staff are very helpful especially Alex, who is a very skilled barista who makes great-tasting hot drinks and lattes. He is an exceptional member of the Costa Team, who always tries to go above and beyond by being kind, courteous and considerate. I love coming to this branch and always will thanks to the love and great service I have received from the staff here.

Staff wont stick to the closing times. Been there couple of times before 7 when the store is supposed to close and staff have refused to serve me saying theyre closed. Avoid
