I just had one of the worst experiences I've ever had and I was even discriminated against!lIt's really rude and disrespectful. Today I bought coffee at the costa in the University of Birmingham. When I approached a waitress with a ponytail to take my order, she finished the order and told me to stand on the right side. So I went to the right. But after less than 30 seconds (during which time no other customers came in front of her to order), she asked me: Are you waiting for an order? I thought she was asking if I was waiting for my coffee, but I said yes. But then she asked me, what do you need? I realized she was asking if I was waiting for an order. I denied it. Then she rolled her eyes at me. I believe this is a very disrespectful and impolite expression. And knowing that I had just finished ordering, she kept asking me if I still needed to order. Even though she forgot that I had placed an order, she did not express herself clearly when she asked me questions, which caused my misunderstanding, but I did not delay her any work later, and she has no right to discriminate against me.
