        The staff are friendly enough here but I hate the surroundings.Most of the seating is downstairs and its horrible. All the walls are painted black. Its like being in a dungeon! Very poor for a second city.

        I stopped coming to this branch a while back after the lacklustre service and taste in comparable to other branches. However, Zem or Prezem (not sure how to say his name) from this store has restored my faith that there are people who understand the requirements of a customer. Friendly, polite, excellent manners, attentive and first class service. Give this man a raise.

        Jess made the perfect ones draining fir me and Im so fussy. I have it double blended extra ice with anyone pumper caramel and she got it perfect. Customer service was lovely and a pleasure to deal with. I recognise Jess has been a wonderful worker and like to thank her for my perfect drink and service at new Street, Birmingham
