        It looks like the refund situation is a recurring theme here, judging from other reviews and my recent personal experience of NGWorld. They need to address this problem ASAP. That, or Amazon need to drop them as a business partner. Needless to say i'll never use them again.

        Ordered through Amazon. N G World supplier. Well forget customer service. They wanted me to prove the parcel did not turn up . They told me to go to Royal Mail and see the photo were the parcel was DUMPED it showed two trees Not my front garden. Enough. I then involved Amazon and within 2 days sorted. Amazon NG world. Never again .
