Hale Sure Cleaning

This company was hired due to my illness most of the time i was bed bound. one of her cleaners took advantage of this by not doing the cleaning properly making short cuts. At one point she said there was no cleaning products when i had the energy to look they were in the cupboard, she didnt even bother to look in the cleaning cupboard. Then i put all the cleaning products out so she could see them, she didn't use them, when questioned she said she didn't know the brand!, She doesn't know how to clean only wiping around things.. I had to show her. People would be shocked when they came to my house to find out the Cleaner had just left! I brought a new steamer, shark hoover to help. After she used the hoover it was making a squeeking sound . I complain sending her pics stating how unacceptable the work was, and why was I having to explain how to clean, Rachel didnt have anyone else available. I even gave her less work for the same money and she still couldn't maintain the standard of work. The final straw was i had a new expensive bespoke bathroom installed.She came to me showing She had broke My toilet brush holder, i could not persue it the time i was too poorly,, she also broke the plug in my bath overall the damages to my property was over 200! When telling Rachel, her niceness changed, she said she was not responsible for what her cleaner does. She didn't want to compensate me in any way, not even an apology. She didnt want to deduct her cleaners wages, she didn't want to go through her insurance. This cleaner who abused the trust of someone who is chronically ill still continues to work for racheal. This was despite the evidence of numerous photos, complaints and the the fact the cleaner admitting what she had done!! DO NOT TRUST HALE CLEANING SERVICES COMPANY!! THEY DO NOT HAVE RESPECT FOR PEOPLE'S PROPERTY, THEY HAVE NO PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND IF YOU ARE NOT THERE TO MONITOR THE WORK GOD HELP YOU! . I have been constantly asking for a response to the issue and there has been no response. PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF WHO YOU TRUST!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! Services: Deep clean, Standard cleaning

Amazing service, for a single dude like me house cleaning can sometimes just escape me. So was great when Rachel came and deep cleaned my house and Oven. It all has that new house shine now. Highly recommend.
