My partner and I had a really great, smooth, hassle-free experience with this company. Considering we approached them pretty last minute for an end-of-tenancy clean, they were really amicable about it and offered us a reasonable price for quite an extensive job. We got our full deposit back! They even said they would return if any serious issues arose. By far the best cleaning service Ive used in Birmingham They specialise in deep cleaning, which is perfect prior to arrival of new tenants, in buy-to-let, or air BnB scenarios. I use them for a flat I let, and they are so good, I now have them cleaning my own home too. Ive never had a cleaners so respectful, and thorough, with the greatest attention to detail. They really take pride in their work. The company has excellent management; easy to get hold of, always responsive, and professional throughout. Having said all this, one might expect them to be rather expensive, however, the hourly rates are less than that of the last two cleaning companies I used, and the service is incomparable.
